HOURLY RATE: $50.00 per hour (Under 150 miles)
MILEAGE RATE: $1.50 per piloted mile
HEIGHT POLE : $60.00 Per Hour (Under 150 miles)
HEIGHT POLE: $1.60 per mile
NIGHT HEIGHT POLE: $1.75 per mile
Dead Head: $.45 per mile
Route Survey: Per Survey Basis
Stand By: $20.00 per hour (the first hour is always on us)
No Go: $75.00 (If load is canceled after we are already enroute)
Room Charges: $75.00 Per Night (There may a be room charge on any trip exceeding 12 hours of travel)
NOTE: Any load over 15 feet wide, 16 feet tall or 150,000 pounds is considered a "SPECIAL LOADS" and will
require special attention. This will be on a per load basis and the above rates may not apply.

10 to 2000 lbs. $50.00 per hour (2) Hour Minimum
2001 to 6000 lbs. $60.00 per hour (2) Hour Minimum
6001 to 15,000 lbs. $70.00 per hour (2) Hour Minimum
